The project is led by Prof. Dr. Andrej Zwitter, whose area of expertise is in the ethics of international law and international relations. Prof Zwitter particularly focuses on international law of humanitarian action, virtue ethics and the state of emergency.
Dr. Leonard Fister (link) joined the Project April 2016 as project partner in the function of lead data scientist.
